The manufacture and inventory of new components is critical to the success of our Process Kit Management Program. Every kit component for each Tosoh SET customer is maintained under a min/max inventory control to ensure that replacement parts are available for when a component is scrapped due to failure at inspection. Tosoh SET utilizes Computer Numeric Control (CNC) manufacturing mills, lathes, grit blast and arc spray systems to maintain the tightest control and consistency in the manufacture of new components. As an ISO 9001 registered company, Tosoh SET adheres to documented quality procedures that guarantee traceability throughout all of the company's processes.
