Each kit component is serialized to track its specific condition and number of uses. All information is stored in Tosoh SET's proprietary database for future reference.

During original fabrication and each reconditioning cycle, every part is individually inspected for conformance to critical dimensions using advance metrology systems. Notably, since Tosoh SET is the only company of its kind with both refurbishment and manufacturing capability, it is the only company to develop all the detailed specifications and tolerances needed to perform true, comprehensive part inspections.

Quality control is incorporated throughout our processes, from incoming inspection to critical dimensional inspection after chemical strip to final inspection of the complete kit just before shipping. Our goal is for our customers' process kits to perform like new or better every single time.
