In addition to on-site support, Tosoh SET also offers full engineering support
services tailored to individual customer needs from our Dublin CA headquarters.
For example, we can conduct in-depth evaluation programs to assess and benchmark
a specific process kit's performance, and then execute the evaluation on-site
through our Field Service group. Or, we can handle any kit component redesign
or modification a customer might wish, calling upon our extensive design capabilities
and knowledge base of detailed kit specifications. |

situations. Our Customer Service staff located at our Dublin CA headquarters is
trained to react to the multiple types of situations that many fabs experience
