| From design through final clean, Tosoh SET utilizes state-of-the-art processing technology in both the manufacture of new components as well as the refurbishment of customer returned process kits to ensure world class performance. CNC mills and lathes are used in new part manufacturing for within part and part-to-part uniformity and repeatability. Tosoh SET also pioneered the use of CNC grit blasting and arc spraying for component surface texturing to deliver the same uniformity and repeatability to the final surface, which is critical to the achieve overall process performance. | ||||
